R-S-T-L-N-E:"Wheel of" Undervalued and Overlooked Attributes

"The One Where Everyone Appreciates their Friends...And thanks God for them." After thinking about friendship, I took some time to script and pay homage to qualities we value, but sometimes fail to appreciate in friendship. Below, I hit on the "R-S-T-L-N-E" attributes we don't know that we have in others until they are gone. Remind you of a friend? Reach out to a friend and affirm him or her.

1. Reliability - you can always count on 'em. They are the dependable and "clutch" ones that life runs on.

2. Sacrificial-ness (yup. I did just make that one up)- always ready to serve and inconvenience themselves without looking for anything in return.

3. Thoughtfulness- The light bulb is always on; they have the best ideas and insight.

4. Lionhearted- they do what you would only dream to do. And you encourage and liberate you to do the same.

5. Nutty (within reason)- this is probably more for me than for my friends.

6. Extra- you know and I know that we all love those people in our life that are just a little bit more than what we bargained for. Life needs them; it is uninteresting without them.
