In remembering what has been helpful to me, I offer areas of prayer to concentrate on. This is not for you to needlessly or frantically fill voids, but to help you trust God more. Prayer does not need to be aimlessly long or distended. It can be short and painfully punchy as you go. Below are nine (9) areas to pray through in your struggle. While there are nine (9) items listed and ordered, each area can be prayed in any order, at any time, continually. Use this list to jumpstart and supercharge your prayer.


1. Recognize the struggle IS REAL.


2. Verbalize the (aggriv/agit/frustr) "ation."


3. Acknowledge what you do and don't know.

4. Parse what you can and cannot control.


5. Repent thoroughly.


6. Ask thoughtfully.


7. Ponder gratefully.


8. Circle specific truths.


9. Wait expectantly.
